% 04.08.2017 In this petition, the petitioner's main grievance is against CSIR and its constituent Institute. It is a matter of record and the learned counsel for the respondents, who appears on advance notice, states that CSIR has been notified under the provisions of the Administrative Tribunals Act. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal.
