% 01.07.2024 Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR bearing no.0584/2021 dated 17.12.2021 under Section 498A/406/34 IPC at PS P.S. Baba Haridas Nagar and all the other proceedings emanating therefrom.
Issue notice. Mr. Digam Singh Dagar, APP for the State and Ms.Veena Sharma, learned counsel for remaining respondents accept notice. Complainant is also present. Parties have reached on a settlement at the Mediation Centre, Dwarka Courts. The parties are held bound by the terms and conditions of the settlement. The petition stands disposed of.
