The limited relief in the present writ petition is to direct the concerned authority to consider the representation-cum-complaint dated 07.11.2025 expeditiously.

Learned ASC for the State appears on advance notice and submits that the representation in question has already been disposed of on 17.11.2025. 3.

A copy of such decision has been shown during the course of the proceedings and has been retained on record.

A spare set has also been supplied to the learned counsel for petitioner. 5.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner does not pray for any further relief, and submits that the petitioner would take appropriate action in terms of the abovesaid decision.
