The present petition under Section 397 read with Sections 401/482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers:

"a. Quash/Set Aside the final judgment dated the final judgment and order dated 07.11.2023 passed by the court of Sh. Gautam Manan, ASJ, East, KKD, Delhi in CA No - 147/2023 Titled As "Arpit Jain V/S Priyanka Jain" And the Order Dated 20.07.2023 Passed the Court of By Ms. Shruti Chaudhary, MM, East, KKD Courts, Delhi in Ct Case No - 885/2021 Titled As "Priyanka Jain V/S Arpit Jain".

b. Pass any order or directions as may deemed fit and proper in the interest of justice and also award cost in favor of the Appellant." 2.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the latter, seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.
