The Petitioner's grievance is that his ownership in respect of land bearing Khasra Nos. 49//7/2, 14, 17, 18, 27 and 110//123, situated in Village Auchandi, Delhi, has not been correctly reflected in the revenue records as displayed on the online portal. In this regard, the Petitioner submitted a representation dated 13th November, 2024, followed by a reminder dated 5th January, 2026.

Since the issue pertains to correction of revenue records, which would require verification of the Petitioner's claim and the records, this Court, at this stage, considers it appropriate to dispose of the present petition without delving into the merits of the case, with a direction to the Respondents to decide the Petitioner's representation and the reminder referred above within a period of six weeks from today.
