O R D E R

% 05.03.2018 Vide order dated 10th January, 2018, the appeal was disposed of as settled. The Respondents were to be paid a sum of Rs.3 lakhs as full and final settlement. The matter was listed for compliance on the last two occasions. Counsel for the Appellant submits that Rs.1 lakh has been paid by the Appellant on 9th February, 2018 before the Executing Court. Today another sum of Rs.2 lakhs has been handed across by way of demand draft dated 14th February, 2018 bearing no.719367 drawn on Punjab National Bank, Gurudwara Road, Karol Bagh, New Delhi - 110005 to the Respondent.

Counsel for the Respondent is not present. Upon enquiry from the Court, the Respondent who is present confirms that she has received the entire amount of Rs.3 lakhs. With this, the settlement has come to a close and stands complied with between the parties. The suit and the appeal have already been disposed of. No further orders are called for. The execution

proceedings are also directed to be closed.
