1. Counsel for Respondent No.1 State Bank of India has handed over a 187page counter affidavit which includes one document which is immediately relevant. This is an inventory of the movables at the premises of C/747, 1st Floor, New Friends Colony, New Delhi prepared by Mr. H. S. Gautam, the Court Receiver appointed by the DRAT on 4th October, 2019.

2. Counsel for the Petitioner on the other hand has drawn attention of the Court to an enclosure to the lease deed, which is at pages 32 - 34 of the paper book, which again lists out the movable assets which were also given on lease along with the premises.

3. The Court directs that the Petitioner or her authorised representative and an authorised representative of Respondent No. 1 will remain present at the above premises on 31st October, 2019 at 11 am. The aforementioned two lists will be compared and any item not found in the list at pages 32 to 34 of the paper book will be taken possession of by Respondent No. 1 by preparing an inventory and obtaining the signatures of the Petitioner or her representative as well as that of the Respondent No. 1. Simultaneously those items will immediately be removed by Respondent No.1 from the premises and the keys of the premises will be handed over to the Petitioner or her representative after obtaining an acknowledgement. These steps be completed positively by 4 pm on 31st October, 2019. Mr. H. S. Gautam, the Receiver appointed by the DRAT, will also remain present to ensure that the above steps are implemented without any difficulty.

4. No further directions are called for in the present petition and is disposed of as such. The pending application is also disposed of.
