% 19.07.2018 Mr. Abinash K. Mishra, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents No.1 and 2 states that they have complied with the directions given by this Court vide order dated 31.07.2013, inasmuch as, the payment to the petitioners including arrears, have been made on 26.08.2017 and 08.10.2015, respectively amounting to Rs.41,90,533/-. Insofar as, the interest thereon is concerned, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents No.1 and 2 undertakes to pay the same to the petitioners by the end of December, 2018. The undertaking is accepted.

Insofar as, formulation of a promotion policy is concerned, it is stated that the same has been formulated by the respondents No.1 and 2 and forwarded to respondent No.3; and that the same shall be done within eight weeks from today.

Directed accordingly.
