% 27.02.2020 Present petition is filed under section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail in pursuance to FIR No.151/2018 registered at Police Station Shakarpur for the offences punishable under sections 392/397/411/120B IPC and 25 of Arms Act.

Case of petitioner is that he is innocent as no recovery has been affected from him and prosecution has not attributed him any role in commission of offence.

Learned APP has opposed the present petition by stating that petitioner/accused was an employee of the complainant who furnished information to the accused persons regarding carrying of cash amount. Thus, there is no substance in the arguments of counsel for petitioner. Keeping in view the serious allegations against the petitioner and the

fact that prosecution witnesses have already been examined and date is fixed for recording of statement of accused/petitioner under section 313 Cr.P.C. and trial is at fag end, therefore, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
