WP(C) 13101/2019 & CM 53399/2019 On the objection of the learned counsel for the respondents that the petitioner has more efficacious alternate remedy in form of an arbitration as provided in Clause 18 of the Agreement for Maintenance and Operation of Common Effluent Treatment Plant dated 20.07.2005, the learned counsel for the petitioner prays for leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail such alternate remedy.
