This petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, praying for issuance of a direction in the nature of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondent to produce the missing daughter of the petitioner, namely, Ms. Nagma. Ms. Nagma, who is a major, has appeared before us virtually, accompanied with a lady constable from the Delhi Police and the son of the petitioner.

We have interacted with her. She submits that she, out of her own freewill is staying with a person in Rajasthan and is presently not feeling secure enough to disclose her location and address to the petitioner.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition. The same is, accordingly, disposed of.
