The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that directions be issued to respondent nos. 1 to 3 to initiate investigation and to register a criminal case under the Prevention and Corruption Act, 1988 against respondent no.4.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the petitioner has filed several complaints with various authorities, however, no action has been taken.

Insofar as the relief sought by the petitioner is concerned, the petitioner has an equally efficacious remedy of filing an application under Section 154(3) of the Cr.P.C. If no action is taken, he is at liberty to file an application under Section 154(3) Cr.P.C.
