Learned counsel for applicant submits that prosecution strongly relies upon the CCTV footage but fact remains that so far, no such CCTV footage has been provided to accused persons whereas, the case is already at the stage of trial.

Learned APP for the State, on instructions from IO, submits that the concerned DVR has been sent to FSL for analysis and, therefore, perhaps it could not be supplied.

He, however, submits that in any case, since the charge-sheet has already been filed and since the complainant has also been examined in part, every effort would be made to provide CCTV footage to the applicant/accused within three weeks from today. 4.
The concerned Director, FSL is directed to expedite the forensic examination so that there is no delay in the ongoing trial, particularly when the applicant herein is in custody for the last 1 1⁄2 years and the trial is not proceeding for want of the abovesaid electronic evidence. 5.
Learned counsel for the applicant, in view of the above, does not press his application at this stage and seeks liberty to file it afresh at a subsequent BAIL APPLN. 454/2026 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
