Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for leave to withdraw the present petition.

The learned counsel for the respondents' vehemently opposes the said request on the ground that the documents that were filed alongwith the petition were forged and fabricated and infact, on the date the alleged Loan Agreement is said to be executed, respondent no. 2 was not in the country. Learned counsel for the petitioner disputes the submissions made by the counsel for the respondent.

Be that as it may, as the petitioner is seeking unconditional withdrawal of the petition, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn leaving all rights and contentions of the respondents open to be agitated before the competent forum.
