% 28.02.2025 The present petition has been filed seeking following prayers; A. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order, or directing the respondent(s) direction to take immediate and effective steps in releasing the fellowship/stipend and other dues pending before them for 45 Months i.e. from April 2007 upto 31st December 2010.

B. Pass any other order(s) or direction(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case. Learned counsel for the respondent No.1 states that as per order dated 22.01.2025, the fellowship has already been granted to the petitioner from 01.04.2007 to 11.01.2011@ Rs.12,000/- per month for nine months and Rs,14,000/- per month for three years.
