Although the Petitioners have alleged contempt of the order dated 21st January, 2019 passed by this Court, Mr. Abhinav Mukherji, Senior Counsel for the Petitioners, fairly states that there is no violation of the said order. He submits that the grievance of the Petitioners arises on account of discrepancies in the Aks Shajra, in respect of which a representation dated 28th July, 2025 (Annexure P-6) has been submitted by the Petitioners. 2.

In view of the above, Mr. Mukherji seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to pursue the aforesaid representation and to approach this Court in appropriate proceedings, should the Respondents fail to take action thereon.
