The present writ petitions impugn the Look Out Circular1 issued against the Petitioners by Respondent No. 3, Bureau of Immigration at the instance of Respondent No. 2, Delhi Police, Economic Offences Wing,2 in view of the investigation against the Petitioners arising from FIR No. 36/2023 registered at Police Station, EOW under Sections 406, 408, 409, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. 2.

Counsel for the parties apprise the Court that the afore-noted FIR has now been quashed through the decision of this Court rendered today in CRL. M.C. 7804/2024. Although the copy of the order is not available as of now, however, the afore-noted fact is not disputed by the counsel for parties. 3.

In light of the fact that the underlying FIR has been quashed, the LOC issued by the Respondent No. 3, in the opinion of the Court, would not 1 "LOC"

Accordingly, the present petitions are disposed of with a direction to the Respondents to cancel the LOC against the Petitioners in their records. In view of the foregoing, the original title deeds of the properties bearing Nos. CM408B, Camellias, DLF Phase V, Gurgaon and N-114, Second Floor, Panchsheel Park, New Delhi-110017; original share certificate bearing No. 109 having folio number 03 comprising of 5660 shares of Resilient Innovations Private Limited; Emirates ID issued by the United Arab Emirates Government; passports of Mr. Avyukt Grover and Ms. Mannat Grover bearing Nos. X3267491 and Y8051555 respectively, furnished by the Petitioners as a part of conditions imposed by this Court for allowing the Petitioners to travel through order dated 17th September, 2024, which are lying with the Registry, are directed to be released to the Petitioners.

With the above directions, the present petitions along with pending applications, are disposed of.
