This is a writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayers:

"a). direct the Respondent to decide the Representations made by the Petitioner Society to incorporate the name of its Yash College of Education, in the formal recognition orders issued to it, by the Respondent No.2 itself; which otherwise, were required to be issued in the name of "Yash College of Education" only, in place of the name of the Petitioner Society herein; and/or..."

on its representation regarding the correction in the name of the college, which is being maintained by the petitioner society. 3.

Ms. Malhotra, learned counsel for the respondents, states that the respondents have recognized the name as given by the petitioner and there is no mistake/error on part of the respondents. 4.

However, dehors the same, she states that the representation of the petitioner will be decided appropriately and expeditiously. 5.

Taking her statement on record and binding the respondents to the said statement, the petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 6.

In case the petitioner is aggrieved, the petitioner shall be at liberty to take appropriate actions in accordance with law.
