O R D E R

% 01.11.2019 Having heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties; the Delhi Police/Medical Superintendent, Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital are directed to release the body of late Mr. Kailash Nath, son of late Mr. Amar Nath, resident of 39, Prithvi Raj Road, New Delhi, to his wife Ms. Shukla Kailash Nath, forthwith.

As agreed between the petitioner and the widow of late Mr. Kailash Nath, it is hoped and expected that, the latter shall permit the former to remain present at the cremation, immersion of ashes and other rituals, as may be performed in accordance with Hindu rites, for the late Mr. Kailash Nath.

Directed accordingly.

No further directions are called for.

With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. A copy of this order be given dasti under the signature of Court Master to counsel for the parties.
