% 13.11.2019 Vide this petition, petitioners are seeking a direction to the respondent/State to provide protection from respondents No.6 & 7. Upon notice, learned Additional Standing Counsel for respondent/State submits that petitioners are residing in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, however, whenever they will come to Delhi at the address mentioned in the petition, the protection will be provided to the petitioners.

Let mobile number of Beat Constable, WASI, Division Officer as well as SHO be provided to the petitioner forthwith so that in case of an exigency, the petitioners can contact the concerned officials, who may handle the situation as per the law.

In view of the above, learned counsel for petitioner does not press this petition.

The petition stands disposed of.
