Learned counsel for the appellant submits that taking into account that the impugned order passed by the learned Family Court, pertains to the visitation rights claimed by the respondent for the Summer Vacation of 2024, he has instructions not to press the present appeal any further. 2.

The appeal is, accordingly, dismissed as not pressed by making it clear that it will be open for both parties to move appropriate application(s) seeking visitation rights before the learned Family Court, which application will be considered by the learned Family Court as per law.
