% 20.11.2019 The petitioner has been granted furlough for a period of two weeks subject to his furnishing the sureties.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner is unable to arrange two sureties because he cannot afford the same. Heard. In the interest of justice, the order dated 31.07.2019 passed by DS-Legal, PHQ, Delhi Prisons, Tihar, Janak Puri, New Delhi stands amended. The petitioner be released on furlough on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- with one surety in the like amount. Rest of the terms and conditions of order dated 31.07.2019 will remain the same. The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
