The present writ petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India seeks to assail the order dated 24.11.2023 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal in O.A. No. 3668/2023. Vide the impugned order, the learned Tribunal has allowed the original application filed by the petitioner by directing the respondents to review the claim of the petitioner for appointment on compassionate grounds in accordance with rules. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since under the impugned order, the respondents have been directed to review the matter and take a fresh decision on the petitioner's representation seeking compassionate appointment, the petitioner, instead of pressing the present writ petition, will be withdrawing the same and will assail the order passed by the respondent in case, the needs so arises.

In the light of the aforesaid, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
