The present contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience and violation of the orders passed by this Court on 15th October, 2025 and 4th December, 2025 in W.P.(C) 5372/2022. 2.
In terms of the aforesaid orders, the respondent no.2/Delhi Jal Board was directed to supply water tankers to the petitioner society. 3.
Issue Notice.

Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no.2/Delhi Jal Board submits on instructions that Delhi Jal Board is ready and willing to supply water to the petitioner society, subject to the petitioner society paying the requisite charges. It is further stated that the petitioner society would have to arrange/hire water tankers and Delhi Jal Board would provide the requisite water.

Counsel for the petitioner is agreeable to the same. 7.
Taking note of the aforesaid submission, the contempt petition stands disposed of.
