% 03.05.2017 After some arguments, counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner wants to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to file a fresh bail application, if so advised.

In view of the submission made by counsel for the petitioner, the prayer is allowed and the present bail application is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of with liberty to file a fresh one as and when required to do so.
