This writ petition has been preferred on behalf of the Petitioner under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India seeking an order/direction in the nature of writ of certiorari to quash and set aside the termination order bearing Reference No. 09/01/DTEA/2024/01-15 dated 19.01.2024, whereby services of the Petitioner were terminated.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks to withdraw the writ petition since the challenge is to a termination order and seeks liberty to approach the Delhi School Tribunal under the Delhi School Education Act, 1973.

Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for, in accordance with law. Pending application also stands disposed of.
