This is an application filed under Section 151 of the CPC, 1908 seeking the following prayer(s):- "A. Dispose of the present writ petition with appropriate directions to the respondent No.1, i.e. RBI Ombudsman, to reconsider its decision dated 20.11.2023 (Annexure: P-1), in light of the issues set out in Para 4 of this application, within a reasonable period of time, as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit; and ..."

accordance with issues set out in paragraph No. 4 of the present application but in accordance with its rules and regulations. 4.

In view of the statement of Mr. Sharma, learned counsel for respondent No. 1, it is directed that respondent No. 1 shall reconsider its decision dated 20.11.2023 in accordance with its rules and regulations, expeditiously and not later than 4 weeks from today.

The present application is disposed of in aforesaid terms. W.P.(C) 1452/2024 6.

In view of the order passed above, Mr. Duggal, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the present petition can be disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition in case the cause of action accrues after passing of the order.

Granting the said liberty, the present petition is disposed of, along with pending applications, if any.
