O R D E R

The present petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging wilful disobedience/non-compliance with the directions contained in the order dated 07.01.2026 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No. 10619/2025. The operative directions therein are as under:

"7. Under these circumstances, the Court finds it appropriate to dispose of the petition directing the de-freezing of Nodal Account No. 018461100000025 of the petitioner, which it maintains with respondent no.15 i.e. Yes Bank Ltd to the except to the extent of Rs .. 2,42,66,323/-." 2.

Learned counsel appearing for respondent/Yes Bank submits that the aforesaid directions have been complied with and that the petitioner is free to operate the bank account in question, except to the extent of Rs.2,42,66,323/-. 3.

Taking on record the aforesaid statement of learned counsel appearing for Yes Bank, the present petition stands disposed of. 4.

It is made clear that there shall be no impediment to the petitioner in operating the concerned bank account except to the extent indicated in the order dated 07.01.2026.
