% 29.01.2020 According to the learned counsel for the respondent there is a delay of 12 years in raising the industrial dispute, whereas, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it has only been 8 years. Be that as it may, that itself is a long time to raise an industrial dispute. The petitioner admittedly was waiting for the outcome of a dispute raised by a person similarly placed. In other words, he was waiting to ride a piggy bank on their success. There is no such concept in law. Since the petition is barred by limitation, it is accordingly dismissed.
