The present petition under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India, 1950 seeks the following prayers: - <(a) initiate contempt proceedings and punish the respondent for wilful violation of the order dated 07-11-2013 in W.P.(C) No. 1055/2011 titled as <Association of Development and Another vs. UOI and others=, passed by this Hon'ble Court. (b) Pass any other order that is deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.= 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner at the very outset seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings before the Court of competent jurisdiction in accordance with law.
