This is an application under Section 151 CPC seeking restoration of the W.P.(C) 406/2019 which was dismissed for nonprosecution on 21.11.2023. 2.

Notice of the aforesaid application was issued on 20.12.2023. 3.

According to the office report, the notices were already served upon respondent nos. 1 to 4 by ordinary process. None has been appearing on behalf of respondents /non-applicants despite service. 4.

In view of above and for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed.
