This writ petition has been preferred on behalf of the Petitioner under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following reliefs:- "a. To Issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ and to quash and set aside the list (roster for inter zonal permanent transfer of Category II, III & IV) dated 31.3.2023 (annexure P-1) in respect of petitioner wherein application of petitioner regarding interzonal transfer from west zone to north zone (on spouse ground) has been put on hold.

b. To quash and set-aside order/communication dated 24.4.2023 (annexure P-2), 24.5.2023 (annexure P-3), 30.8.2023 & 22.9.2023 (annexure P-4) whereby the grievance of petitioner spouse regarding inter-zonal transfer of petitioner has been rejected. c. To direct the respondent that case of petitioner for inter-zonal permanent transfer from West Zone to North Zone be reconsidered in far manner forthwith (as per guideline contained in DoPT OM dated 30.9.2009 adopted vide Circular NO. EP- 03-2012-21 date 24.8.2012 and transfer policy dated 22.3.2021) and then to transfer the petitioner from West Zone to North Zone.
