The present petition under Section 25B(8) of the Delhi Rent Control Act seeks following prayers:- "a) Pass order/direction (s) to call for/summon the records from the concerned Court of Sh. Vivek Kumar Aggarwal, ARC-02, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi in eviction petition, being RC ARC no. 80559/16, titled as, "Surender Kumar V/s Ashok Kumar"; AND b) Pass order/direction(s) for setting aside of impugned order/ judgement dated 30.07.2025, having been passed by the court of Sh. Vivek Kumar Aggarwal, ARC-02, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi in eviction petition, being RC ARC no. 80559/16, titled as, "Surender Kumar V/s Ashok Kumar:, AND Any other and further order (s) / direction(s) which this Hon'ble Court may deem just, fit and proper under the actually existing facts and circumstances of the matter, be also passed in the interest of justice and equity for safeguarding the rights and interests of the revisionist to render complete justice to him."
