The present bail application has been filed seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 499/2019 under Sections 307/34 IPC registered at Police Station Bawana, Delhi.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. He submits that the only allegation against the present petitioner is the use of lathi and the same has been recovered and the nature of injuries is opined to be simple. He further submits that there is a cross FIR No. 500/2019 under Sections 308/34, registered at Police Station Bawana. He submits that pursuant to the last order, the petitioner has joined the investigation. 3.

Learned APP for the State, on instructions, submits that the chargesheet has been filed and the petitioner has joined the investigation. She, on instructions, further submits that the nature of injuries is opined to be simple and the main accused Praveen has already been admitted to bail. BAIL APPLN. 2708/2019

In view of the above facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioner has joined the investigation and nature of injuries is opined to be simple, it is directed that in the event of arrest, the petitioner be released on bail, subject to her furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the I.O./S.H.O. and subject to the following conditions:- (i) The petitioner shall join investigation as and when she is asked to do so.

(ii) The petitioner shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promises to the complainant or any witness during the trial or tamper with the evidence. (iii) The petitioner shall provide the I.O./S.H.O. Police Station Bawana, Delhi with her mobile number and in the event of change of her residential address, shall inform the same to the I.O./SHO as well as to the concerned Court. 5.

With the above directions, the application is disposed of. DASTI.
