By the present petition, the petitioners pray for a limited relief, requesting the respondents to adjudicate the statutory petition filed by them within a time-bound manner, keeping in view also the communication dated 16.01.2025 issued on behalf of the Commandant of the 200 BN BSF.

Notice is accepted by Mr.Santosh Kumar Pandey, the learned counsel on behalf of the respondents. He prays for time to seek instructions.

Keeping in view the nature of the relief claimed in the petition, we are of the opinion that the present petition can be disposed of at this stage itself, by directing the respondents to consider and decide W.P.(C) 1092/2025 By:SUNIL 19:01:14

the statutory petition filed by the petitioners within a period of eight weeks from today.

As the petitioners have placed reliance on the communication dated 16.01.2025 issued by the Commandant of the 200 BN BSF, the same be also considered by the Competent Authority while deciding the statutory petition of the petitioners.

We make it clear that we have not made any comments on the merits of the case or on the applicability or effect of the Order dated 16.01.2025 referred hereinabove.
