Prosecution has submitted report which indicates that the applicant has joined the investigation. Learned APP for the State states his custodial interrogation does not seem to be required.

On the last date, when the present application was taken up, the key of the shop in question was handed over to the complainant and interim protection was granted to applicant on 08.04.2026. 3.

The complainant, who is present in Court, also submits that he is satisfied with the possession given to him.

Keeping in mind the overall facts of the case, the interim order is, hereby, made absolute and the application is disposed of with the direction to the applicant to keep on joining the investigation as and when so directed.
