This is an application seeking permission to withdraw the writ petition with the liberty to approach this Court in case the relief sought by the petitioner is not granted by the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (hereinafter referred to as 'the Commission'). It has been stated that the petitioners have made a representation before the Commission seeking reconsideration of the Regulations which are under challenge herein. W.P.(C) 1107/2025 3.

In view of the aforesaid prayer, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh writ petition as and when any such cause of action accrues to the petitioner.
