Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner very fairly submits that the issue raised in the present writ petition would come within the jurisdiction of the Armed Forces Tribunal (ATF). 2.
In order to avoid further delay and keeping in mind the fact that the Petitioner is a Senior Citizen, this Court is inclined to direct that the present writ petition be transferred to Armed Forces Tribunal (ATF) for being renumbered as an OA before the Tribunal and for further consideration. 3.
