% 09.11.2017 The learned counsel for the appellant submits, on instructions, that this appeal may be allowed to be withdrawn.

The appeal and the pending application are dismissed as withdrawn. In terms of the order dated 09.01.2012, the entire awarded amount was deposited with Registrar General and by order dated 11.04.2012, seventy five per cent (75%) thereafter was permitted to be released to the claimants. The registry shall release the balance to the claimants in terms of the impugned judgment and refund the statutory deposit to the insurance company.
