The petition has been filed with the following prayers:- It is therefore most respectfully prayed that the Hon'ble may be pleased to (a) Issuance of an appropriate Writ / Direction / Order for maintaining a Reserve panel / Wait list and offer the appointment to the petitioners in terms of the advertisement vide advertisement No-E-32025(1)/5/HC(min.)2019 for unfilled / deserted vacancies remained vacant due to the non joining of the selected candidates.

(b) Pass any other further order/direction as the Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case.
