Notice is accepted by Mr.Anand V. Khatri, learned Additional Standing Counsel (Crl.) on behalf of the State and Mr.Vivek Singh, learned counsel on behalf of the respondent no.2. 5.

The learned counsel for the petitioners has handed over a Demand Draft of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs Only) to the counsel for respondent no.2 as per the terms of the Settlement. 8.
