This Court on 29.01.2025 recorded that in view of the affidavit filed by the Respondent No.2, the directions issued by the Court vide order dated 11.08.2023 stand complied and no further relief can be granted in this Petition. Even after the said observation, the counsel for the Petitioner sought adjournment on the said date to address the arguments on the prayers sought in the petition.
