This is an application seeking modification of the order dated 14.01.2020, whereby the petitioner was directed to be released on parole for a period of one month on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹10,000/- with two sureties of an equivalent amount to the satisfaction of the concerned Jail Superintendent.

The applicant now states that he is unable to secure two sureties and requests that the stipulation of providing two sureties be reduced to one. 3.
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also points out that on an earlier occasion (by an order dated 26.11.2018 in W.P.(Crl.) 3349/2018), the petitioner was released on parole with a condition of furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹10,000/- and one surety of the like
amount.

In view of the above, the application is allowed and Paragraph no. 7 of the order dated 14.01.2020, is modified to read as under:- "7.
In view of the above, the present petition is allowed and the petitioner is directed to be released on parole for a period of one month (four weeks) from the date of his release on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹10,000/- with one surety of the equivalent amount to the satisfaction of the concerned Jail Superintendent. The petitioner shall not leave the National Capital Territory of Delhi. He shall also provide a mobile number and ensure that he is reachable on the same at all times."
