The present petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent no.3/UCO Bank to defreeze the current account of the petitioner. 2.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no.3/UCO Bank submits that the account has been defreezed. 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioner also affirms the aforesaid position and states that in view of the above, the present petition has been rendered infructuous. Accordingly, she seeks to withdraw the same. 4.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
