The present writ petition has been filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus directing the Debt Recovery Tribunal - I, Delhi (DRT) to dispose the pending application/securitazation application bearing no. SA/28/2025 filed under section 17 of the SARAFESI Act, 2002, in a time bound manner. 4.
Upon being queried, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he has not moved a specific urgency application before the DRT for disposal of the aforesaid application, in a time bound manner. 5.
After some hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw the present petition seeking liberty to move an appropriate application before appropriate authority.
