The respondents have handed over the possession of the subject property bearing No. F-33/7, Okhla Industrial Area, Phase-II, New Delhi110020 to the petitioner on 23rd December, 2019. 2.

The respondents have also filed the affidavit of assets in terms of order dated 17th December, 2019 which are on record. 3.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the respondents have no means to furnish any security as prayed by the petitioner. Learned counsel for the respondents further submits that respondents have filed the petition for insolvency bearing case No. 2/2019 which is pending before Ms. Manisha Khurana Kakkar, ASCJ-cum-Guardian Judge, South East District, Saket.

This petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail legal

remedies in accordance with law.
