After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for petitioner states that as per instructions, he is not pressing the present petition and, therefore, it may be dismissed as not pressed. He, however, states that learned Trial Court may be requested to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible and preferably within six months from today.

Both the parties are also present in person.

Petitioner is stated to be senior citizen and the suit was instituted in the year 2019.

In view of aforesaid statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as not pressed. 5.

Learned Trial Court is requested to expedite the disposal of the matter and make best endeavour to dispose it of within a period of six months from today. Needless to say that both the sides would render their assistance and due co-operation to the learned Trial Court.
