The petitioners have filed this writ petition essentially on the ground that Respondent No.3, with whom they are embroiled in litigation, has left the registered address without any information. It is claimed that the same is in violation of Section 12 of the Companies Act, 2013.

The petitioners claim that a complaint has been given in this regard to the Registrar of Companies, however, no action has been taken.

The learned Standing Counsel for the Registrar of Companies appears on advance service and submits that the present petition will be treated as a representation and appropriate action will be taken in accordance with law.
