Petition under Article 226 read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as 'B.N.S.S.') has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner for grant of Parole in CT Case No. 16182/2017 under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act. 2.

After some arguments, learned counsel on behalf of the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Petition. 3.

The Petition is permitted to be withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.
