The present writ petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (hereafter 'BNSS') has been filed on behalf of the petitioner, seeking following reliefs:

"A. Allow the present Petition and pass directions for concluding the stage of Charge framing at the earliest in Cr. Case No. 2154 of 2017 titled "State vs Rajender Yadav Etc" which is pending adjudication before Ld. ACJM, North West, Rohini Courts, Delhi; and/or The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 10/02/2025 at 15:18:10

B. Pass directions for expeditious and time bound conclusion of trial in Cr. Case No. 2154 of 2017 titled "State vs Rajender Yadav Etc" which is pending adjudication before Ld. ACJM, North West, Rohini Courts, Delhi Emanating out of FIR No. 265 of 2016, dated 24.03.2016, U/s 452/323/341/34 IPC, registered at PS Begum Pur, New Delhi; and/or"

Issue notice. The learned ASC accepts notice on behalf of the State. 5.

The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks issuance of direction to the learned Trial Court for concluding the arguments on charge and framing of charge, which, it is stated, is pending adjudication since the year 2017.

The FIR in this case was registered in the year 2016 and the chargesheet was filed in the year 2017. 8.

In view of the above, the learned Trial Court is directed to conclude the hearing on arguments on charge and pass an order thereof within two months from the date already fixed before it. 9.

The petition stands disposed of in the above terms. 10.
